When you register your child for a CCA program through LeagueApps, you provide contact information including your name, email address, and phone number. When you opt in to SMS communications through our website at communityathletics.org/sms-opt-in, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and athlete name.

We use your phone number solely to send program-related communications including:
- Attendance confirmations and check-in notifications
- Schedule reminders and camp updates
- Emergency alerts and cancellation notices

Message frequency varies by program and season. You may receive approximately 2–5 messages per week during active program periods. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile Opt-In Consent and Information Sharing
