C+A
Community + Athletics (pronounced Community plus Athletics, or C plus A) began as a sports outreach to families in Kissimmee, Florida. Season by season, the relationships that developed grew a community to not only enjoy participating in sports leagues, summer camps, and family events but has become central to reaching students and families with the hope of Jesus while engaging with the needs of the community.
OUR MISSION
C+A aims to help others point people to Jesus through community and sports.
We are a resource to churches, organizations, missionaries, and other individuals who want to increase their engagement with their communities so that Jesus may be known.
Even the name, C+A, has the cross at the center and is not just about sports, but building community as well.
Leadership
Pastor Paul Podraza leads C+A, and although he never saw himself as leading a non-profit like this, God had him on a journey working in sports, ministry, and education that brought this company into existence.
Paul has a Masters of Divinity degree from Samford University and a Bachelor’s degree in video production from Ohio University. He lives in Celebration, FL with his wife Tracy, while their son attends college in South Florida.
In addition to leading C+A, Paul is an elder at Celebration Community Church in Celebration.
